I just wanted to say thanks for everything that you have done to help us over the past few weeks.  I am really excited about the house.  Charity  asked me today if after we bought the house if you would still be our real estate agent.  I told her that I would always call you first if we ever needed a real estate agent for anything.  She said "Mommy , I'll miss her if we don't get to see her anymore.  You've made quite an impression on her.
